Each ornament is meticulously mouth-blown into finely carved molds using traditional techniques from the 1800s. They are then hand-painted and glittered in a series of labor-intensive steps to achieve their beautiful finish.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your holiday decor. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
How do I safely clean and store my glass ornaments?
To preserve the hand-painted details, gently wipe ornaments with a soft, dry cloth; never use water or cleaning chemicals. Store them in a cool, dry place inside their original boxes or acid-free tissue paper.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Because our products are delicate glass, breakages can occur during transit. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item to arrange for a replacement.
Can I track my order status?
Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package's journey to your home.
