Pack with Care
Carefully place the items in their original decorative gift boxes and secure them in a sturdy shipping carton with adequate cushioning to prevent breakage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
